I was ready to get rid of my 6 year computer because it was slow and I lost my sound card, I was just ready to throw out the window! When my laptop suddenly crashed, I was upset and hoping for immediate help with it. Within a few hours, the person I spoke on the phone with (one of the co-owners of the company) was at my house and working on identifying the problem. He saved all of my data and determined the problem with my computer (damaged hard drive). I found him to be very knowledgeable about computers and quite patiently explained the "technical stuff" that I know very little about. He offered me options for either repairing my laptop or purchasing a new one, and he gave me sound advice on a new purchase. He even offered to meet me at a computer store to help me with a new purchase! I woud highly recommend using this company for computer problems.

I had a problem with my printer and I had several diagnoses with huge dollar amount quotes. After calling CROLI a tech named Davey took 15 min in reviewing my machine and fixed the problem. The Geek Squad was trying to charge over $250 for a bunch of things I did not want or NEED! Computer Repair fixed my Printer at my convinence in my home in less than an hour and only charged me $149.... Not only did I save money but a learned a few tips on keeping my computer safe too!
