His name was JOSEPH and he is the owner, which was amazing that he would come out himself.
He was the third tech to work on my computer, and the first one who was actually able to identify what was really wrong with it. AND the first one who was able to fix the problems, which included a nasty virus. The previous two guys told me my operating system was corrupted : LIES!
But this guy was fast, polite and explained everything he was doing.
My computer works better now than it has ever worked before! I'm so glad I called him, I just wish it had been sooner.

Provided by YP.comDon't call him. Fumbles through a "repair," leaves the computer in a mess, with two trojans and a worm that weren't there before he arrived. Worst example of a computer tech I have ever encountered.
