Ok here is what happened. We had AirTeam out here three days ago and they said we needed a new unit outside, and quoted over $3,000 for the job. Nearly being floored by sticker shock, and even though it was in the 90's (inside my house!) I decided to get a second opinion. I looked on YP and saw that these guys give free second opinions. They came out yesterday and agreed that we needed a new unit:(
BUT they quoted the same brand replacement unit, same energy rating and all for $1100 less than bid from the first company! They came out and installed it today. Techs were very professional and expedient. Started at 10am we were cooling by 12. We saved money with Comfort Masters, which is why I recommend.

All we can say is WOW with the level of customer service we have received from comfort masters!!

We called them in the evening and were there as soon as they could be there and the owner came out himself because he didn't want to keep us waiting!

He was very patient with us and answered all our questions never rushing us! Then he gave us a fantastic deal on his service call that day... And then he came back out the next day when the unit had froze over, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! In a time when all these companies are trying to gouge you for everything, Jack at Comfort Masters never took advantage of us, and was more than fair in pricing!! Thank you Comfort Masters!!

I called Comfort Masters A/C last week for a 'free' second opinion that had advertised. Another AC company had told us that we needed a new outside unit and quoted a price that I would say was pretty high. Comfort Masters came out and to my SHOCK got us cooling again WITHOUT replacing our unit. WOW I was just trying to get a lower price on the other companies quote I never thought the first company was completely wrong. I am so glad I called Comfort Masters and that they were honest. Thank you again.

I called Comfort Masters to look at my Moms A/C unit, it was about 97 that day and my Mom is elderly and I asked if they could come ASAP. They had someone there within 20 Minutes! I was further impressed when they got us up and running within 30 mins at a price a lot lower than I expected. I think A/C guys are like auto mechanics its hard to find an honest one, But I think we have found in Comfort Masters and I will definitely be calling them from now on for our families ac and heating needs. I recommend them highly.
