Just saw a Comcast installer kick things away from his truck's tires and drove away--upon investigation the "things" were about 20 one-inch screws and plastic anchors used for installing their equipment. Apparently he dropped the items but was not concerned about puncturing tires of anyone except his own and was simply too lazy to pick them up. This is very disappointing.

The worst customer service there has ever been. Not even my bank could get things corrected with by Bill and that's after the correct department being faced proof of billing over 6 times in a month. If I could I would take Comcast to court they are crappy. There is not enough negative stars this company could get. They should be out of business taking honest money like this. Horrible service and people.

BEWARE COMCAST IS NOT A HIGH SPEED INTERNET PROVIDE BY NO MEANS OR FABRICATION OF THE SERVICES THAT I HAVE ORDERED. PLEASE CONTACT ATT FOR ALLLLLLLLLL OF YOUR COMMUNICATION NEEDS!!! COMCAST IS A RIP OFF AND THE THEY HAVE NO CLUE OF THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS NOT MY IDEA OF HIGH SPEED INTERNET. AGAIN, READ THESE WORDS....CALL ATT BEST SERVICE...BETTER RATES..AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
