I cancelled my acct as I couldn't afford the monthly services. I contacted them twice about making payments over a three month period since I owed $119. They said that I would have a grace period. I paid in full within 2/1/2 months. Meanwhile I received a letter from a collection agency informing me that I owed around $44.00. I contacted the agency and informed them that the acct had been settled, and, sent an email to Comcast asking for a confirmation of payment in full. I also asked why they had sent the acct to a collection agency contrary to what I had been told by one of the chat agents. Two weeks have passed and I have not received an answer.
