We have been on Colburn's quarterly service for over 2 years. Their method of scheduling and customer service have been questionable at best. They send a card in the mail with a date/time. The card usually arrives the day before the schedule day. If you don't check your mail that evening, then suprise, someone is at the door to spray chemicals in your home. That's what happened to me. They do not call and confirm. Nothing. When I stated that the house was not ready because we were not expecting them, the Colburn's rep. was short, rude, and acted almost as if he was coming in anyway. The rep. called his company, came back to the door and said, "9:00 Monday". That's it. I called to cancel my service and spoke directly to Mr Colburn. Instead of being apologetic that his personnel has made a customer uncomfortable to point of canceling, Mr. Colburn accused me of not having the "decency" to call and cancel. I requested that he not call again. I will never do business with a person that cannot take responsibility for his personnel or have straight common courtesy when dealing with customers. Shame on you Colburn's.
