As owner of the company, I am extremely pleased that we are satisfying our customers in a big way. This is the purpose of our company and I realize that it takes great employees to keep us in this arena. I thank them for their great service.

We ourselves were amazed at the response time of the emergency loss team. Within an hour of the phone call from our insurance agent steps were being taken to dry the water from a fitting that had broken on the water heater. The floor was completely dried before more serious damage occurred. The emergency response team at Coastal Restoration Group was A+!

As we have experienced a water heater burst in the middle of the night, their team is professional, experienced and courteous. The project manager was amazing and even gave his personal phone number to discuss any issues or questions that we had. They were definitely there for us and we will only recommend them highly to anyone who might need them.

Even though I did not get to personally work with Coastal Restoration Group when our condominium complex caught fire; I do know they were there standing on line with me and the other victims of the fire waiting to get in and salvage anything they had left.They offered advice to any one who wanted it and offered the experience and expertise of many years to folks who simply didn't know what to do next. Another company is doing the repairs however I thought folks should know how professionally this company acted when people were definitely distraught. I was glad they were there.

This is a great group of people to work with. They are attentive to the needs of folks that have suffered a loss by fire, water, wind, and mold. We were very pleased.
