Established in 2004, Coastal Energy Company is an international oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in Thailand. The firm specializes in acquiring discovered, underdeveloped oil and gas opportunities with upside potential, primarily in Southeast Asia. The company operates operations in offshore Thailand and onshore Thailand. Coastal Energy has five wells on the field, which are producing more than 9,000 bopd in aggregate. The firm also provides plans to purse development drilling activities on its proved reserve base at the Bua Ban field. It serves in several other Asian countries, including China, Indonesia, Vietnam and India.
