I called them and one of their technicians was there in 30 minutes. He said the problem was easy to fix and I don't need to replace my unit and the coil in my roof. (Which another company told me to) He also said the roofers that installed my new roof punctured the line near my roof and all he has to do is seal the ONE (1) leak, not multiple leaks and replace 8 lbs of freon for $538, and if it leaks again they will come back free of charge and re-seal it. Other companies would have charged me an both arms and legs for that kind of repair. Ronnie (the technician) was pretty straight with everything, honest too. I would use them again!!! End of story.
