I was driving home after a meeting and I ran out of gas right there on the highway. Fortunately I found Classic Towing with a quick Google search and saw plenty of good reviews. Called them up and the person I spoke to over the phone gave me an estimated time of arrival, and they came sooner than I expected. The best part about the whole situation was that they were all so friendly and did not judge me over running out of gas. I want to thank them for their great work, I would not know what I could have done without them. I will definitely be happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

I am really impressed with the company’s quick response time, and their service in general. Just last weekend, I was on my way to a friend in Naperville when I got a flat tire. Unfortunately, I was not able to replace the spare tire I used a month ago, so I had nothing to replace it with. I gave my friend a call to ask for help, and he gave me the phone number of Classic Towing. In Less than 20 minutes, they were on site. They did a quick inspection and started replacing my tires. Without realizing, I was back on the road with just a few dollars to spend for their services. Two thumbs up Classic Towing!

I first heard of Naperville Classic Towing from a friend who got a flat tire on his way to work. He is good at handling his own auto problems but in times when he does not want to get worked out, he simply phones this towing company. He certainly trusts them, so when I had my first car breakdown, it was Classic Towing that I phoned in. I am really impressed with their fast response time; they were at the site in less than 20 minutes. They did a quick inspection of the situation then explained things to me. In the end, they towed me to the nearest auto shop to get my car fixed. I do recommend them to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance services in Naperville and surrounding areas

They came within 10 minutes to help me and was very friendly and helpful! He dropped my car off where I needed it to go and sent me a picture of the car upon arrival (since it was so late and I had no reason to be there too.) Absolutely fantastic service, I will spread the word for sure!

I had scheduled Classic to come pick up my car and bring it to the mechanic. The driver came on time and delivered my car with no problems. However, the driver left my keys in the ignition and when you do that in my car the doors automatically lock. The driver said he would have to get another guy out with a lockout kit and not to worry about it, he would take care of it. Well, he must of called his boss and told him what happened, because I got a call from the owner. I told him not to come down too hard on the driver, because it is a mistake that can happen quite easily as I have done it myself three times. Well, he apologized anyways and informed me he was not going to charge my credit card for the tow. I was definitely not expecting that. I told him I did not think that was fair, but he insisted and had another guy come and unlock the doors. This is a company that knows how to treat it customers right. I am definitely giving all my friends and family the number and would not hesitate to call again if ever needed. Thanks for the great service and actually caring about the customer. Anyone could have made that mistake. I expected my doors to be unlocked for free, but not a free tow. Thanks again.

Service was as stated. The price was the absolute lowest I could find. Overall, no complaints. I would use again if needed.

My car had broken down and I found Classic Towing by calling information. The person that answered the phone was extremely polite and very professional. He dispatched a driver who arrived quickly and was very courteous. He suggested a mechanic shop (Ogden Motorcar) which turned out to be extremely competent and very honest. The rate for the tow was very fair and the driver even gave me a ride home before he dropped my car off at the shop. Having to have your vehicle towed is a giant headache but overall I was extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
