We waited an hour for a no show from Cisneros. Unreliable, unprofessional, a waste of our time, energy and money.



We made an appointment to meet wth them on Sunday morning because they told us that's when they would be in our area. We waited all week for the appointment. 15 minutes after 10, we call to see if anyone was on the way and the person who answers tells us someone is on the way but that he'll call to find out and then call us back. We waited for another 45 minutes for someone to show up or for a phone call. NOTHING. My husband left the house early on a weekend morning to go to meet with someone who thought we weren't worth their effort. Too bad for Cisneros. The estimates we got from previous companies were for at least a couple thousand. We'll be taking our money elsewhere.
