This guy charged me $35 for a jump start but wasn't able to start it! Then I called Bi City Towing and they were able to start it immediately and they said that Chuck didn't give it enough of a charge. Also, I didn't want Chuck to tow it because he showed up with a personal SUV and trailer, which I know would have caused even more damage to my car. He was very unprofessional and mean. He said I still had to pay him $35 even though he couldn't start my car bc of his gas money to get there (which is currently around $1.00 a gallon) and his time...which was only 15 min....ugh :(

The tow truck operator appeared to be very inexperienced. He dragged my car onto the truck scraping my front fascia on the ground with no regard to my 2010 ROUSH Mustang. He allowed the car to just roll off the truck faster than necessary without care scraping my front end once again. He started to ask personal questions after the incident to try to distract me from what happened. I'd suggest a more professional towing company if you are in Columbus ga.

Worse service ever. Insurance referred. Over hr late. Made ME move vehicle & drive it to end of truck. TOLD me to meet him at shop he had another vehicle to get mine would be there in 45m, that he would drop 2nd veh off FIRST. Eventhough I had called first. I explained we had an appointment. I clarified it was not the arrangement. Told him he was concerned more about Quantity of how many veh he was servicing not his quality of service. He said no he just didn't want to WASTE GAS dropping mine off & going back to same area to get another veh. He's the DRIVER AND OWNER. All complaints go thru him. He dropped veh off finally and tossed keys to me. Never asked for me to fill out paperwork or identification. COMPLAINT MADE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First of all, the driver's phone was breaking up so bad I couldn't hear a thing he was saying. He hang up on me twice and was demanding to talk to my husband for directions. I decided to called the business to let them know what happened and same thing, the person hang up on me. When he finally arrived, he asked for keys and I said the car could be driven. First thing he did, force my car to go backwards!! At this point I had enough, until he told me no papers needed to be signed. Is not the first time my insurance send somebody to tow my car and I ALWAYS sign a paper, saying my car got picked up. I sure filed a complain with my insurance company.

This company is full of it they all around town taring up people cars my insurance company sent this company to tow my car and they broke the tire rod and do not want to fix it and the owner is very rude and disrespectful i will be reporting this company further.
