Provided by YP.comThey seem great until you plunk down $7000 for a hot tub and then they don't service it. They don't return calls, or get you scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and they miss over half their appointments, and then they don't fix the hot tub. Reviews I just read on other sites indicate they are the same for fireplaces, too.
Cam, the manager, provides only excuses about his staff, and then wines that he works 80 hours per week, and only makes $20K.
Don't get fooled by the sales stuff. I called them 6 months ago to tell them about an issue, and after following up with them diligently and politely for six months, they charged me $1200 to get my hot tub still not working.
Cam claimed that they are better with fireplaces, and spas is just a small part of their business. I'm guessing they tell their fireplace clients just the opposite. Steer clear!

Provided by YP.comIf there was a zero star, this would be it! Ordered and paid for parts/labor end of December to have my existing fireplace tuned up and a blower/remote installed on the new one I purchased from them.
They've cancelled twice on coming to do the work. I even had to call to find out where the install man was when they told me he wasn't coming. And to top it off, they said they were not aware that I had two fireplaces that needed work. Receptionist said she didn't know anything about the job, even after all the conversations I had with them. She said everyone I had spoken with was either fired or quit. NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They LIE!!!
Now I am driving to Wenatchee to pick up the parts to have someone else do the work. They won't even give me my credit for trip charge and labor ($264) until I go to the store!

Provided by YP.comDo not do business here. Waited weeks for an installation, then strung along the whole day they were scheduled to do the work. They came to my house to get a parts list, then never showed back up even after I called and they confirmed they were "on their way".

Provided by YP.comWarning! We thought we were getting a great deal...then the surprise charges for installation came in. We've had to repair our hot tub at least twice a year (for 6 years) and have had to pay service charges. Customer service is the worst and they are very disorganized. The technicians are always changing and everybody blames each other. Finally we were told that they were no longer servicing Cal Spa brands and that we were stuck with a broken hot tub. But my husband went to their showroom last week and spoke with the owner (the same slick guy that sold us the Cal Spa) and he said they did service Cal Spas but that he had a "really good deal on a better brand". Unbelievable! BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS!

Provided by YP.comBeware, we didn't read reviews and could have saved ourselves a bunch oh of grief! All smiles until the product needs to be delivered and installed...oh, didn't give you the big, fat installation charge? Not verbally, not in writing, not even mentioned. Do you think you'd notce $2,000 for an installation that was not code compliant, not discussed, billings never correct even when we called. Not sure we have all the pieces because no one can follow up with real customer service. Our opinion, go someplace else, there's plenty of competition.
