Great company! This company came highly recommended to me by a family member. Had a water leak on a weekend, not an emergency but did require the expertise of a plumber. Called anyway, got voicemail and explained my problem. Got a return call from Melissa first thing Monday morning. She explained to me that they might possibly get someone to my home that day. Doug responded that afternoon and fixed the problem. Very hard to get GREAT service like that from anyone today. Doug was very professional, covered my carpets with floor runners and completely cleaned up everything. AGAIN! Great company, I highly recommend Chesterfield Mechanical.

This company is the BEST!! Doug & Melissa are just about the nicest people. They came over immediately for a boiler issue, diagnosed the problem, realized they wouldn’t have the part for 7-10 days and went so far as to recommend calling our gas company to resolve the issue sooner if we couldn’t wait. So unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. We asked if they could mask up while they were here and it was not a problem at all. FYI This is my second time using them. The first time was a hot water heater issue and Doug fixed my stinky water issue immediately. Doug knows his stuff!! They are true professionals who really care about their customers!
