Superior Eco-friendly process and customer service

I just purchased my 13th, 14th, and 15th properties in last month. I am a novice landowner and have relieved completely on my property managers in the past regarding repairs and cleaning of apartments. Last June 2016, my property manager hired Chem-Dry By The Lake. I was there when they finished up the job and I enthusiastically agreed to pay extra to have red wine stains treated. They made the carpets that I expected to have to replace look great and I can now put off that expense for another year.
