Provided by YP.comIf you feel you must use Charter just pick up a sharp stick instead and repeatedly jab yourself in the eye (at least that is free). I have had Charter a WHOLE TWO MONTHS and they have a serious employee theft problem that they are trying to pass on to the customer.
BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...I'm serious! If you want to spend hours and hours and hours on the phone arguing about services and equipment you never wanted, ordered or authorized, ignore this warning.

Provided by YP.comI've had Charter for 5 years, and my service (phone, internet & cable) have all went out countless times. I've lost track how many times we've had to call them. And half the time they deny there is an issue, especially one time we actually had a cable line that was snapped from the pole, they insisted that we had no issue. We finally convinced them there was an issue, and they wanted us to wait 4 days for them to come out and fix it! Unbelievable. Service is very weak. Hah! My internet just went out AGAIN for the 4th or 5th time today as I write this review! No joke! Avoid!!!

Provided by YP.comWell you just got to watch what you order like any where else, They been good to us so far an every time I have trouble they send a signal an fix my problem..They did give me the wrong box cause I had an old tv but I took it back up there an they gave me the right one...We had Charter since 2001...
