Our family have been customers of Charlie's Drain Service for many years. They provide Quality, Efficient, and Affordable service every time!! We had root problems every year, which caused the main drain in the basement to back up--WHAT A MESS!!! then i found Charlie's Drain Service, not only did they make an Emergency Service Call, they pro-actively set me up for a yearly cleaning and they kept track of it. Charlie's Drain Service came to the rescue for me! While getting ready for work, somehow a hole formed in the drain pipe from my bathroom sink and sent water flowing down into the basement. Upon a recommendation I called Charlie's and heard back from the owner within minutes. Within an hour (and I live 45 min away from their location) he was on site and had the problem under control. Fast, efficient and affordable! Made my headache situation go away in no time! Call them. They will get it done right.

I recommend everyone to call Charlie's Drain Service, we live in an older home and have had a few clogged drain problems. So I guess you could say we have gotten to know this company quite well, they always make us feel like we are their #1 priority. Last time we called late on a Saturday afternoon, the driver was on his way home but turned right around arriving within 20 minutes to unclog our kitchen drain. Amazing service!! I bought a house with a number of plumbing problems and I just randomly happened upon Charlie's Drain Service after a little emergency drain backup in the basement. They gave me low rates and they took care of everything, even when emergencies arose on Sunday nights. They always explained the problem, the repairs, and the rates were fair and lower than any competitor I could find. I highly recommend them for routine or emergency services.
