Told one date of arrival, and never showed up. We were never called and told that the unit had not arrived. When we tried to reach someone its was next to impossible to talk to someone. We left messages on the receptionists voicemail with no response. Once our unit had arrived, the employees showed up late, yet again. They were loud and boistrous, rude and obnoxious. The secretary showed up with papers to sign for the owner. She was rude, rushed us through the process and treated us like we were beneath her! If we hadn't already been financial involved with CTI, our installation service would have been haulted IMMEDIATELY! Overall, the owner is a courteous workaholic, but unfortunately his employees don't have his same perceptions. Unorganization and rudeness will put this business in its grave!
