Right before New Years my oven died. I had kids home from college and friends coming to stay with me for the holidy which consisted of a family of four. I called Certified on Monday, December 30th.They came out that day. The tech told me the part would need to be ordered and will not come in till after the holiday. He could see the disappointment in my face and called his supervisor. The part was overnighted and on New Years Eve they installed the partat no additional charge to me. I had a great New Years day dinner cooked in what felt like a new oven.

My oven broke right before New Years. I had kids home from college and visitors which consisted of a family of four on the way to stay with me. I called Monday, December 30th, they came out right away. The oven needed a part that was not in stock it would have to come from out of state. The tech saw the dissappointment in my face. He called his supervisor and they had the part overnighted. On New Years Eve the tech was installing my part at no extra charge to me.I cooked a great New Years dinner in what felt like a new oven. I would recommend Certified Appliance to everyone.
