We have used Cassidy Construction on two of three major home projects and wish we had used it on the third. They are thorough, detailed and careful, from design to construction to final follow-up. While not the most inexpensive, the knowledge that the job will be done on time, within budget and with great skill means everything to us. Our two projects – a new covered porch for our outdoor spa and seating area as well as a new kitchen – are our pride and joy and add value to our home. Our 1060s kitchen was gutted, redesigned with a wall of windows to allow natural light and our ability to monitor our dogs and grandchildren, custom cabinets that exceeded our expectations and provided significantly greater storage were installed, and an outside door removed with such skill that we are unable to tell the old new brickwork from the old. Many existing electrical mysteries were solved and, because of city requirements, service upgraded to code (at extra cost). Workers arrived when they were scheduled, worked well with the homeowners, petted the pups, and most importantly cleaned up every day (as best you can during construction). Questions were answered, and Cassidy was flexible enough to incorporate ways to save expenses and make adjustments when products were not available. We look forward to working with our new friends again.
