I have used Carteret Title on two different occasions and was very impressed by their service. They are very knowledgeable and closed on both accounts very quickly. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Tony and his team at Carteret Title are second to none! I’ve known Tony, the owner, for 20 years and have recommended his services to all my friends and family. His company does the work quickly, accurately, and for a competitive price all while providing personalized service.

I wanted to sell my property and had a buyer but no realtors and I did not know what to do. I used this company and closed on the sale of my old home and they came to my home for me to sign the real estate documents in my new home in another state. I was impressed as they did what they said as well as gave me a free quote right over the phone on my first call. They also prepared the deed and closed for the buyer in the old home, how simple. It was easy and painless. They took the time to educate me on the process, let me know what to expect, emailed me all of the closing documents a day prior to closing for me to review, kept me informed through the closing process and let me know what the charges were for as well as provided me advice as to how to save money. In addition, they provided me with a free purchase agreement and coached me on how to protect my interests at no extra costs. What a deal to pay for a deed, purchase agreement advice, escrow protection, and a closing after normal business hours in my home. They also wired me my money so I did not have to wait for a check from an out of town company to clear my bank at no extra costs. They just did everything, I had contact info for the staff and they responded quickly to all my questions and emails. Who knew, they told me they were national and it was a concern at first but now that I know they exist, why would I ever use anyone else. You just may save thousands by using them as I did.

This company closed 2 commercial and 1 residential property for us. The were the glue that held all of the 12 other parties accountable. They came to our location to close on the time and date of OUR choosing. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone.

NOT EVEN in the area at all. Don't be fooled. They came up as preferred but how can you be a title company and have no location in the county.

Originally told it would take two weeks but took a month and half which was frustrating, otherwise a good company.

Very happy I made the choice to use Carteret. They offer experienced, knowledgeable service. I would recommend them to anyone in need!
