Do not go with this company. The first time they came it was great. a specific gentlemen named James cleaned my carpets.
Then one time they sent 2 men to clean 2 carpets for pet stain and odor. They were in & out so fast and the carpets were smelly and the bad areas were sticky to the touch. a horrible job.
I called & the woman on the phone was not nice. She said shes doing me a favor by sending someone back. someone did come back because i wanted my rugs cleaned and I DID already pay. Well they sent James this time and he took his time and did the job right.
Now a few months later I called again to have them come back only if they could send James. She said Ok. They came today and guess what , it was NOT James. I called and she told me that it was not up to her to decide this and that it was up to the supervisors. I got mad and said why didn't you tell me that on the phone yesterday. she told me to lower my voice or this conversation is over. REALLY! what business does that. I told her that i will never be calling this company again. she said thats fine i will write it on your account.
She did offer to have that man leave but this was not about him specifically it was the fact that i had problems before and i specifically went back to them because of James.
I had already thought that the woman on the phone was unprofessional. She cuts you off in the middle of your sentence to answer other phone calls constantly and she talks over you. Very unprofessional. I'M DONE

Three rooms were pre-vacuumed, steam cleaned using the long hose through a window to the more powerful unit in the van, since the rooms are on the second floor. Portable units were available, had hoses not been practical. Post cleaning protection was added at the end. All available options were explained prior to beginning. The phone representatives were informed and polite. The service technician arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally.

Some of the most rude people on the telephone, the young man who came was rather sloppy looking and intimidating, he worked very quickly leaving many stains behind and water on my hard wood floors, he must have asked me 4 times if i wanted to buy a magic $20 stain remover! i was not pleased to say the least!! This company has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The manager, I believe her name is Stacy, called me at the end of the business day yesterday leaving me a voicemail confirming my pre-arranged Saturday appointment range from 2:30-4:00 pm. As she left me the time (that we had previously discussed) and did not say that I had to call back to confirm, but merely to call if there were questions, I did not call back. The time was both accurate, as we had discussed, and I did not have any questions. I was very clear to her when booking the appointment that only later in the day would work for me as I would not be home until after 2:00 due to work. This morning, I received an extremely bitchy voicemail that "My person is running very early today. Since you did not call us back you can either reschedule or he'll come earlier." When I called her back and first told her that the voicemail did not say that I had to call back, but merely was an appointment reminder- she completely denied this. Then, when I explained that I needed a late afternoon appointment (as we had agreed upon) I was told I would have to reschedule as she said "I can't have my person sitting around for an hour." Ummm....so, somehow because her cleaning person was finished early somewhere else it became my problem and my fault- even though we agreed upon a time a week before this. In my profession, I see people for appointments. If I had a cancellation, I would never demand that my next appointment come an hour earlier- or else- because "I can't sit around for an hour." How exactly is this that persons responsibility and problem??? Apparently this company would prefer putting out and losing customers vs. being a tiny bit flexible. Stay away!!!!! They do not have any respect for their customers.

I really like this business. They give old fashioned customer service. Billy is very knowledgable about antique Oriental rugs.

I am a mother of three small children and had stains all over my bedroom rug from various spills. I am a little particular and I tried cleaning it myself several times with a household rug cleaner. I was never able to get rid of the stains completely and after a few weeks the stains would return even worse from normal day to day traffic. I decided to have CCE come and they did an amazing job. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The stains are completely gone and I couldn't be happier.

We have a large home and five children. We needed to have our couches, dining room chairs and rugs cleaned. I selected Carpet Cleaning Experts from their ad in the phone book after calling several companies. I did so because the woman answering the phone was bright, sunny, articulate and fully capable of discussing all of the various considerations in approach to the various services that we wanted. She was clearly "in the business" and not just someone answering the phones and taking appointments. The team they sent to clean the couches, rugs and chairs had personalities and professionalism consistent with my first phone contact. They worked extremely hard and had been employed at the company for many years (happily, no less!). Some of the carpets had to be taken out for cleaning. Again, the young man who picked-up the carpets was personable and professional. Finally, the team that returned the carpets and replaced all of the furniture on them was yet another professional and personable team. The results were excellent and the price for all of this was the same as from other companies that we have used. However, with those companies, I always felt a bit uncomfortable leaving their workers alone in the rooms to do their work. This was based upon the general "vibe" that I got from their somewhat less-than-professional (and cheap) labor. With Carpet Cleaning Professionals, the "vibe" was "trustworthy" across the board. I later learned that they are a family business and many work in the company. Well, it shows. I have never written a review like this before, but they so dramatically exceeded my expectations that I thought that they had earned it. If you use them, you will be happy that you did.

I am a customer of Carpet Cleaning Experts and have been for several years. We purchased our home in 1998 and recarpeted several rooms. After one year we had a party which left red wine and salsa stains imbedded in the carpets. I hired a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets but they were unable to remove what they described as "permanently embedded stains". Approximately one year later I contacted Carpet Cleaning Experts. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned my carpets and removed the stains which had now been embedded for over a year. The service person challenged me to find any "hard to remove" stain in my carpet and he assured me he could remove the stain with one "immediate" application of this "Miracle" carpet cleaning product. I was told that if I purchased the product, I would be entitled to receive the product as long as I lived at this address for less than $40.00. I have never written this type of letter, but I have never been so impressed by a product as I am with this one. I have never found a stain that this product could not remove.....For Christmas 2010, my son received a "GOOP" like product which adheres to everything. He managed to stain the ceiling, wall and carpet of his bedroom with this product. The product left a BLACK stain on the carpet which I was uncertain I could remove with my Miracle carpet cleaner. However, after one application the stain was gone. I have been unable to remove the stain from the ceiling or wall with my other cleaning products. This is the most amazing product I have ever used. I tell everyone I know about it. It is also totally safe and non-toxic. Wherever I go I will purchase this product for my new home. It is amazing! Carpet Cleaning Experts are truly experts in their field. They are reliable, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about their business and I can't thank them enough.

I have been using Carpet Cleaning Experts for more than a decade to clean and repair my Persian rugs. They are the only ones I have found in the Providence/Metro Boston area that I will entrust with my precious rugs.

My experience with Carpet Cleaning Experts involved upholstery cleaning. The professional involved, Bill Tremblay, showed up when he said he would, did a fabulous job removing stains from our kitchen chairs, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the company.

Our daughter, a very finicky lady, advised us to call Carpet Cleaning Experts. She and her young family had been living in our old (1840s) farm house while their new home was being built. Hers was the Best Advice we'd ever been given!

CCE calls in advance and comes at our convenience. CCE listens to us as we describe the disasters our rugs have endured (dog, cat, baby, mouse and bat last year.) CCE suggests appropriate treatment, we confer and agree. CCE removes the rugs, or for very special rugs such as an antique hand-woven Navajo, does on-site treatment. CCE takes our Oriental, American Indian and heirloom woolen rugs into storage over the summer; the cotton coastal-appropriate rugs are brought out and safely installed. And at summer's end, we'll call again for CCE's magic. The stored rugs are returned, clean and sweet, and carefully installed. As needed, furniture is carefully moved and precisely replaced.

And all this with unfailing good humor!

Hired to clean formal living room and family room rugs and furniture, as well as an oriental rug. 5 pieces of furniture and oriental rug were severely stained and the custom fabrics on the furniture are perrnanently spotted, faded and ruined after being cleaned..



They initally admitted fault and tried to repair the damage to no avail. The adverstising states that they are "insured" yet when we went to Complete Cleaning Systems insurance company they stated that they are not insure for damage to customer's furniture. Four different estimates averaged over $5000 in damages to reupholster the furniture. We have had to get our lawyer involved and this situation is still not resolved.



Misrepresentation on "insured", complete disrepect in dealing with the issue, and using the wrong cleaning materials on furniture that is "part" of the job are the reason I recommend that you do not do business with Complete Cleaning Systems of Warwick RI..
