Hate to write bad reviews,



The electrician decides to cancel our appointment right at the time he needs to show. Even though, he knew hrs ahead that he cannot keep our appointment.



And this is a Commercial Appointment. Imagine what they'd do to your residential Appointment.

I don't take time often to write a review for a company but Caron deserves my effort to do so. Caron Electric sent a licensed electrician over to my home to bid 4 jobs - a generator, service panel, new basement lighting and outdoor flood light installation. The cost was broken into each separate job for me to make a decision. Although I went back and forth with a few different ideas and even had to have them out twice to accommodate me in making the decision I finally decided to proceed with all but the generator at this time. Not only did they stick to the budget and written cost we had agreed upon they also took the time to label my panel which was not listed on the original contract. I did have a cheaper price that I had compared but I did my research with the Better Business Bureau and felt more comfortable with a company like Caron and their A+ rating from the BBB. With the quality and service I was got from Caron it was a smart decision. I would highly recommend this company.

Gave me a quote 3 times higher than any other quotes I got for same job! Quoted me $10K for a job that ended up costing me $2500. I got several other quotes that were in the $3K range.

This was not a misunderstanding, either! Beware and make sure to get a few quotes from different electricians!

Don't fall prey to these scam artists! Make sure to get several quotes for a job!

It is not very often I will take out the time to make a review on any company, but with the fine service I just received from Caron Electric I thought it was deserved. I have wanted cable and internet service lines brought up to my home office but did not want the cable or phone company to drill through the side of my house to do it. When I called Caron Electric I was able to speak to dispatch who assured me the electrician would be able to bring the wires on the inside of the home through my walls and ceilings so no ugly wires could be seen. I was pleasantly surprised when the electrician arrived on time and with a smile. I showed the electrician where I wanted the lines and he explained to me the process of snaking the wires and what the cost would be to do it. I was very comfortable with how the job was explained and with the gentlemen that was going to perform the work. A couple hours later, with no unexpected changes, I had a brand new cable and internet line direct to my office. The electrician even took the time out to hookup the TV and double check to make sure my computer got onto the internet before he left. I was extremely pleased with how the job came out and how I was treated by Caron Electric.

Justed wanted to thank you for the excellent work your electricians did at my home in upgrading my electrical system and installing a stove. Caron Electric was efficient, thorough, and neat. I appreciate the quick service and professionalism.

SA Caron was highly recommended to me. I had some electrical work done at my home and everything was great from the beginning to the end. Maxwell, the service manager was courteous, efficient and always followed up! Prices were excellent and the electricians did a superb job! I would highly recommend them as well as hire them again for any future jobs!

Well looks like my search for an electrician for my home is complete. I just had Caron Electric to my home and was very happy with them. I got same day service which certainly helped so I did not lose any time off from work. The electrician they sent over was wearing a uniform and made sure to introduce himself properly with business card in hand before entering my home. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise the electrician showed me. He put together an estimate and explained it in detail item for item so I can make a decision. The pricing fit my budget perfectly and I was extremely pleased with the workmanship on the job. Thanks Caron Electric!!

What a fantastic experience with Caron Electric. My review:



They had a live person answering the phone so that was nice not to have to wait for a callback. The dispatcher had made an appointment for me and the electrician arrived just when they said he would, in fact they called and confirmed ahead of time. The electrician arrived and was very courtous, clean and well spoken. We walked the job together and reviewed some of the options they could offer me. There was no pressure and a detailed cost was written out for my review. I choose to have the work started that same day, talk about easy, I could not believe they had everything they needed and could get it done without a return. Fast forward to completion of the job - I walked into the room they were finishing and could not believe my eyes - the guy was vacumming and cleaning up the whole area. The work came out great, the price was fair, and I would use Caron Electric again in a heartbeat.

Great company. I have had more then one job done at my home by Caron Electric. The work is always done in a timely manner, up to all current codes and standards. The Electrician was very nice, clean, and gave me a cost up front before any work was done. I have had simple items fixed all the way up to a replacement of the circuit breaker panel. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company to deal with.
