I am an absantee owner of a rental home. I contracted with this company and ran into issues almost immediately. Within the first month they missed several scheduled cleanings. I discussed this with the owner and thought we had gotten the issue resolved only to have the pool left unattended for almost 2 weeks shortly thereafter. This lapse in service resulted in clogged skimmers, which lead to low water flow and over heating of the pvc pipes near the pump, which eventually began to melt and leak. I've had to replace a section of pipe, as well as replace the seal on my pump motor. The company owner claimed no reponsibility. Needless to say I would avoid this company at all costs.
