How Does Care Patrol Grade Their Facilities? CarePatrol obtains violation information from the facility's latest state required survey. We then compare the grades of every facility in the area AGAINST themselves. This creates the A standard deviation from which the grades of 'A','B','C','D' and 'F' are assigned.
