This was the second time we have used Cardinal Mechanical. The first time was after another contractor (one who advertises frequently in the newspaper for annual tune-ups at a low price), came out and listed numerous repairs totaling $1,700 that we supposedly needed; we declined all work. Subsequently, when we were low on Freon, we called Cardinal Mechanical (CM), who came out and recharged our system. We also asked Brad from CM to determine if any of the repairs the prior contractor noted were needed. He told us that they were not needed. There is nothing more important to us than to have a contractor we can completely trust, especially when it is in an area that we do not have any expertise and we must rely on a contractor to be honest. Brad has shown us that he can be trusted. We decided a few months later to upgrade one of our two systems, and without even hesitating we called Cardinal Mechanical. The work was done on time, it was of high quality, and it was reasonably priced.
