Our air conditioner couldn't keep the house cool this summer. We called two other businesses before realizing Mike was the only one that knew what he was doing. He made an appointment quickly, showed up on time, then took the time for a thorough diagnosis. He then gave me several options to solve the problem. After our system was fixed, he even followed up to make sure we were happy. I have never had that happen in 25 years of home ownership. Mike is an expert in his field, and knows how to treat a customer. I will only call Capital City Heating and Air for our future needs!

Mike was quick to set up a time to diagnose our problem. He provided a list of options to repair or replace. Once we decided on an option, the Capitol City HTG & Air quickly made an appointment to replace our unit. The techs came a little earlier than 9, before the weather became unbearable and worked to try not to inconvenience me with a wasp problem considering our baby was sleeping. The unit was up and running in the afternoon and the house is comfortable once more.

Look no further...Mike is the man! My a/c unit went out the Friday before we had family coming for a visit. Mike tried to squeeze me into his booked schedule on that Friday afternoon but when he couldn't he gave me a courtesy call to let me know.

He came out early on Sat morning (his day off) and fixed my upstairs unit. While he was there I had him check my downstairs unit as well for the same problem and sure enough that part was on it's final days as well so now I have the peace of mind that my whole house will be cool this summer...awesome! The other place I called before him said it would be a week before they could come out...a week!

He used a higher quality part than what was in the unit and took the time to explain everything to me...it's not very often that you have a good feeling after a service person leaves your house...Mike's prices were very reasonable and I now have an HVAC person for life

My air conditioner went out and I have a two month old baby. The temperature outside is almost 90 and projected to be over 90 later this week. I called and got estimates from three places. Capitol City's quote was almost half of the second cheapest quote. They were also the only company that could install this week, let alone same day. Mike is very friendly and knowledgable along with his staff. Awesome warranty (better than the competitors) and they even were able to install my brand new system the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick install of an air conditioning system plus the warranty is amazing- 10 years parts and labor, and the parts portion of this warranty is transferrable if you sell your home (without a fee- some companies charge of fee of over $100 to transfer it to the new homeowner). Overall, great service, great product, great warranty, and great price.



Mike is a great owner who strives to make his customers happy. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with anything, I strongly suggest you talk to him about it and he will work to ensure the situation is corrected. I can say this is a great honest company that I will definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.

After returning from vacation on Tuesday and it 100 degrees outside with three children, we came home to our house being 90 degrees inside! Not what we were expecting. I called Mike and explained what was happening and he said he could be here in an hour. He was here exactly as he said. After looking at the unit, we came to the agreement we needed a new air conditioning unit. He said he could have us a new unit installed on Thursday. At 8am on Thursday his crew was here taking the old unit out and putting in the new one! They were finished by 3 pm. We have already recommended him to other people and will continue. Capitol City HTG & Air INC is great!!! My AC went out during the recent heat wave. I called several repair places on Friday evening, with no luck. On Saturday morning a friend suggested Capitol City HTC & Air, and they came out within two hours - and by that afternoon the house had cooled off. THANKS!!!

Called Mike at 7:15 p.m. today, Sunday July 8th after coming home from vacation to find our AC not working and it being 90+ degrees in our upstairs. Mike offered to come today and was here within the hour and had the problem solved within a few minutes. After checking that all was working as it should be after the repair he was able to leave within an hour and twenty minutes of when we called him. His service and professionalism are A+ and we are amazed and thankful for companies and individuals such as Mike. His rates for the service performed, especially after hours, are great and well worth it. We will definitely use him and his company again and cannot recommend him highly enough

I called Capitol City HTG & Air at 7:10 a.m. on a Saturday during a heatwave in July that gave us five straight 100+ temps. The recording I received promised a call-back in 15 minutes or less, and that's just what I received. Mike scheduled an appointment for between 9:00 and 10:00 am and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and now we're good to go. Mike was friendly and the price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better.

Mike was on time, he located the problem and recommended a new unit. The new unit arrived on time and was installed. He took his time explaining the new unit to me and told me what to watch out for to keep it working in top condition.

Highly recommend Mike and his guys at Capitol City. Trying to sell my house and was being told by an inspector that my furnace was broken (even though it headed the house fine). Had Capitol City come out to give me a second opinion. Mike spent lots of time really checking everything out, and was able to save me over $1500 in unnecessary repairs. Very professional, arrived on time, and gave me an understanding of what he was working on. Call these guys first!

Great Company, fast, ontime, friendly service. The 1st 2 company's we called didn't even bother to open system to check for freon leaks, left me with a large bill and problem still not fixed. I will recommend Capitol City to friends and family.

My central heating and air went out last week at 9pm. I called Mr. Mike(Capitol City Heating & Air), and i explain that my daughter and her new born baby was spending time with me and my wife. Before i could get another word out, Mr. Mike offer to come to my house right away. I thought it would take a hour for him to get to my home, but it was no more then 30 min. Later he comes to my door with news that he fixed the problem, even better it was just a drip pan that had shut my unit down. Mr. styers explain everything to me, the reason for the drip pan and shut off switch. For all i know he could have told me the unit was shot and hit me with a replacement invoice statement, but this honest man with his years of experince was more then a job satisfaction. He is a very friendly person, and told me things to prevent another drip pan clog. I trust this man around my units/home, I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN, and begging my friends to use Capitol City Heating & Air. I beg everyone to give to our small business', lets boost this country and help create jobs.

wow.. the owner doing the service and installs, I've had techs from other company's, lots of parts and money and still broke. How refreshing in this day and age...
