Wow!!! Steve an Troy did a great job. There were lots of kool-aid, coffee, and finger nail polish stains and they got them all out. My carpet had lots of dog urine and stains from my four pets, but they were able to neutralize the smell and my house smelled like lemons. They were very polite and explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions as I watched with amazement. Steve even explained how I could easily remove kool-aid on my own and also how to get wax out myself as well.
