absolutely the worst . poor installation and even worse service. i would hire the town wino before going back.

they do NOT like to do service call....several times I have called them for a service and they don't return my calls. Finally I got tired of that and called and left message that I was interested in getting new heat pump....what do ya know, within an hour I got a phone call. I would never recommend them and wish I never bought from them!
