Bought a tonneau here and upfront service was fine. Return warranty service was denied. His horrible lacky had a bad attitude as well.

This guy is a real con artist! He has more stories than a newspaper!!! If you call him late in the week, he will have an answer or delivery the beginning of next week. If you call him at the beginning of the week, the answer or delivery will be at the end of the week. Then it's the wrong part that keeps coming in. After that, you find out he never even ordered the part. He set up four appointment for installation and each time I rearranged my schedule and drove all the way down there and every time something was wrong and I left empty handed but with yet another story! I know this guy closed down his other location in San Bernardino and to me it looks like Ontario is going under too, You just can't keep jerking people around and expect to survive. Keep away from this place!!! It's just not worth it.

CA Camper Shell has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. From the owner down to the salesman. I bought a $1500 LEER camper shell from them. When they installed it, it was hanging off the rear of the truck by half an inch, the wires for the interior power were hanging in my wheel well, and when I close my tailgate, it pinching wires for the power. I returned it to the owner and had to argue with him for 15 mins about getting it fixed. They finally fixed it 2 hours later. Today, my outside liner around the window started falling off. I returned it to the dealer and he said he has never seen anything like this before. Once he saw that my windows were tinted, he tried to say that the tint caused my OUTSIDE seal to come off, when the tint was on the INSIDE. Then he claimed to have seen this problem all the time. The salesman refused to fix the problem and ordered me off his property. I went to another dealership and he said it was a defective windows and ordered me another one free of charge. Why couldnt these losers at CA Camper Shells do this? Beware!!
