In my opinion (with 3 months of frustrating experiences), this person is a liar, a conman, and a bully. He claimed to be licensed and insured, and then refused to provide proof. He owes me over $1000 for a paint job not completed. He wrote a contract omitting details, then bought the wrong brand, color, and sheen of paint. I'm taking him to small claims court.
