They provide absolutely the worst service ever. Dispatcher keeps making excuses because "they are short staffed". Well that's not my problem. Either you can accomodate me or not. Called my insurance carrier who uses this company for a service that I pay for monthly and it took them over 3 days to actually show up at my home to tow my car. But when the driver showed up he did not have the proper equipment to comeplete the tow. Worst service ever!

I was stuck on the Interstate contacted my insurance for roadside assistance and insurance sends me this towing company. The driver was very polite and I only had to wait 20 mins for the tow truck to arrive. I would use them again.

took 2 hours to pick up a car for a 1.5 mile tow. when driver was asked about why he was late..."That aint me dawn". Progressive uses this company for a service I PAY FOR? Ridiculous

This company takes advantage of people. We called this company to have our car towed home. We exactly 6.3 miles and were charged $139.00. The next day I called to check pricing and was given a much lower amount. What a rip off. The driver said that was what the company charges. Later we found out the owner is the one who towed our car.
