Byte ME Computer Services is highly knowledgeable about computers. Anytime I have a problem, Steve has the answer. Problem solved. Yes, I would recommend him!

Started using him probably 15 yrs ago and never considered trying anyone else. While my kids were growing up they were pretty hard on my computers. Steve was always able to help. I have and will continue to recommend his services. A few years ago we started our own corporation and Steve managed the startup and handles the tech support.

Steve has helped me Remotely several times. I have nothing good things to say about his service.

I've had Steve repair my laptop on numerous occasions. He's a computer doctor who makes house calls. Yes, that's right. He'll repair your computer at your home if possible. If not, he'll take it back and return it to you in a reasonable timeframe. I got an extra two years on my laptop before I was forced to purchase a new one. I wouldn't have anyone else touch my computer. I highly recommend Byte Me.

I live clear across the country (Oregon) to be precise, and have and will continue to use Steve's expertise when it comes to my computer(s). I appreciate that he kept me apprised of the status of progress on my computer, and always made sure I was happy with his service throughout the process. Steve is a competent, fast worker. He can detect the issue and fix it in a very short time, even for his grandmother. The results are astounding. He customized my computer, just like the last one, so switching to Windows 7 was a breeze. Learning isn't my strong point, so he makes that easy for folk. He breaks things down into very simple steps. Pick up and delivery is free. He comes to you, and sets it up, clean like a detailed car. Computers are his babies.
