Excellent work from a trusted and obviously experienced mechanic. I was driving from Fort Worth to San Antonio and started having car problems. I stopped by Burkharts on a Friday evening around 6:15pm. He stopped what he was doing, took a look at my car, spent about 30 minutes making the necessary repairs, and he only charged me $40. I didn't have any problems getting to San Antonio that night. It's tough to find an honest and capable mechanic. Danny Burkhart is one.

When you are broken down on the side of I-35, and you are from out-of-town, you feel like you are at the mercy of strangers. You don't have to worry when you go to Burkhart. These guys are excellent, highly-skilled, intuitive mechanics. Joseph made a state-of-the-art diagnosis of a very esoteric problem, used his intuition to determine that an expensive part wasn't malfunctioning--but, rather, that a connecting set of wires was shorting out--and fixed the problem very inexpensively. You can trust these guys!

These guys went out of their way to help my wife on the side of the road. When I go back through Hillsboro I'm dropping off a fifth of bourbon.
