Provided by YP.comIn the end, I realized that he didn't want to service my stove. He told me his warehouse didn't have the parts so, when I told him I ordered the part directly from GE, he said he "didn't want to get into it" because GE is being sold, etc. Unintelligible answer when I asked him what was the difference.
