Provided by YP.comThey cleaned my runners in my hallway and steps and got out most of the spots. They did tell me that because the stains were ground in they could not guarantee it. I hadn't cleaned my carpet in about 10 years. I will call them in a year to clean it all again. Overall the experience with Brooklyn Rug Clean was great.
