I called Patrick to see about repairing a leak in my 3 year old Rinnai water heater on Saturday, 3-19-2011. He showed up when scheduled on Monday, researched my warranty, and ordered the warranty parts. After the parts arrived 2 days later, he and his helper quickly and professionally installed the new "guts" to our Rinnai for a reasonable labor rate (parts were covered), and set up the new 5 year warranty with Rinnai.

The main plumber for this company has only done plumbing for six years. He does not follow plumbing codes and acts as though you work for him instead of the other way around. He had to be asked several times to do it the correct way and did not follow thru until the check was kept from him. Would definitely not recommend him.
