We have had Brightstar caregivers for our two elderly parents for the past year and a half. The owners have listened to our needs, shared in our problems, and provided very good care for our loved ones. The hospice nurse who services both patients of the folks often comments on the good quality of the staff that Brightstar supplies. They help us if we need help of any kind...They even picked up a worker after a two foot snowstorm and brought her here so there would be no lapse of coverage, We appreciate their caring attitudes and the way they are there for us as we elect to keep our folks in our home.

I MUST SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. MY MOTHER NEEDED CARE AND THIS COMPANY MADE OUR WHOLE FAMILY FEEL GREAT FROM THE START. THEY WERE ALL VERY CARING AND VERY PERSONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY MOM. FROM THE OWNER TO THE NURSE (JOANN THANKS) TO THE WONDERFUL CAREGIVERS (TINA AND KAREN). THEY ALL MADE MY MOTHERS LAST DAYS GO PERFECT THEY REALLY DO CARE!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GOOD PEOPLE, AND THEY ARE HARD TO FIND, PLEASE CALL THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
