My car broke down so I call BR tow. A female driver showed up name Lee ( A BIG TIME TWEAKER) she did not know what the hell she was doing. She had to call another driver in. So the other driver Brian showed up, he was very nice and helpful. I wish they sent him in the first place. He was getting frustrated with that woman driver. They need to get rid of her. If you use this company try to get the driver Brian. Brian is the only reason why they get 3 stars

The employees are regulars with the Antioch police. They are known drug addicts who are violent and have criminal records that should prevent them from working with the public. I would never recommend this company!!

These guys are snakes. They troll and illegally take it upon themselves to enforce parking.
I was turning into a HOA and the tow truck followed me in. I pulled up in a "No Parking" zone to off load some material for a job. Tail gate down material on tail gate. While in the house the tow truck pulled up and snatched my truck as quickly as possible.
I came out and my work vehicle was gone, tools, material, WALLET, windows down, truck unlocked. The resident advised that it was B & R Towing. They offered to give me a ride to the yard to retrieve my vehicle.
When leaving we found the tow truck driver parked on the side of Laurel Rd completing the hook up of my truck. Then the lies started pouring out of his mouth. He said the HOA called to report when he had followed me in not more then 15 min ago. Then he said that they reported 2 vehicles, how ever after charging me $160 he just drove away. THE BIGGEST THING IS THIS GUY WAS IN MY WALLET I LEFT IN THE TRUCK! Plain and simple CROOKS! Hope they go bankrupt!

This company has drug addict towing for them very scary dont know how they tow for the cops one lives on the yard very creepy looking will never go there or have them tow for me car prices are very high owners dont know how to run a good company

Plan and simple these guys are crooks. A friend of ours car was towed while it was parked in our driveway! Our neighbor notified us as the tow truck driver was leaving. We chased the tow truck but he refused to stop. Fortunately he had to double back to get to the main street. When he finally did stop he said the car was parked in a fire lane and demanded $175 to release it. What a ripoff. This company should be shut down! STAY AWAY from these guys. The don't deserve one star!

Having recently dealt with BJ's tow, I am not impressed. They tow vehicles for expired registration without verifying the registration. They damaged my car and refused to fix the damage that they caused. This company needs to be arrested for towing cars out of private driveways. That is vehicle theft. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and not for their better business standards.
