Prepaid for shutters $450 and never seen them nor were they ever installed. I called for about a year, each time promised to be out tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. Also roofed the house and when I go in attic nails are sticking through roof everywhere, afraid I'm going to get cut with one of them. Shingles blew off and promised to be out tomorrow, but again never showed up. My husband 71 years old had to get on roof and repair.

The good news is that they gave a quote and were able to come out quickly. The bad news is that I will have to pay someone else to fix it. They couldn't find the replacement siding and didn't tell me until after they started their work. The work that they actually completed looked horrible. I asked them to fix it. Then they actually had the nerve to talk about me while I was standing out there! The owner tried to fix it the best that he could, but I was not pleased at all. Then he put nail holes in to the siding! I said something about them so he removed them and now there are nail holes in the siding! Don't be a cheapskate like my husband and go with someone better.
