Blue Crystal Pool Service has been my pool servicer for months now and I haven’t been disappointed even once. My friend recommended this company to me and I absolutely thank her for that. Every time these pool experts come to my home, they come well prepared and their staff are very courteous as well. They always make it an effort to make the entire maintenance work quickly and efficiently done. They always impress me every time. So if you are looking for the best pool services company, go for Blue Crystal Pool Service. Trust me, every penny sure is worth it.

We have used Blue Crystal Pool Service for over a year now and we have never been happier! They have always been great and responsive to our calls whenever we need repairs. Not only that, but they are flexible and understanding when it comes to our schedules. Recently they have done some of our repairs after the winter left some damages to our pool. They always go the extra mile to give their 110% in their work. Their staff is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and some of the friendliest people I have met! We appreciate how they keep good communication with us by keeping us updated on what they are about to do or if they encounter anything out of the ordinary.

We bought a house with a big pool without thinking of the expenses it will cost us. I hired a neighbor to vacuum it weekly. Since he is not an expert, he could only do the simpler things. The water started to turn green after a while, and everybody stopped diving in. I called Blue Crystal Pool Services to have it checked. Since the filters were leaking and the pumps were completely blocked with molds and algae, they needed to be replaced. So far, I can only sing good praises about this company. My kids love to swim, so I want them to enjoy it anytime. Blue Crystal Pool Services is very good at what they do. They have been servicing us for over a year now, and we never had a problem since.

We needed to have our pool cleaned since our relatives were coming over for a few days. Everyone loves the pool, so for sure, regardless of the weather, they will be plunging in so we had to make sure that it was clean and safe. We called Blue Crystal Pool Service to give us a quote. And since our pool is not really filthy dirty, the pricing was very affordable. Their team came on time on the day they were scheduled to do the cleaning. Two of their staff came and were very professional all throughout. They really did an excellent job and made sure that everything was perfect. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

Owner (James Lee) and manager (Adam) are great people. As a former employee my main problem there was cleaning pools too fast (which is also why I was let go). I asked if there was any complaints as far as the cleanliness of the pools (of course as someone who had never done this line of work before im sure there was a complaint here and there), and the response I received was "the customers already feel we are ripping them off so just fake doing work so they feel they are getting their money's worth". . One of the company policies was (for our saftey) not to clean pools in thunderstorms, but when a customer conplained about that and i was told that if the pool was dirty then it was my responsability to clean it. WHY HAVE A POLICY IF YOU ARE ONLY GOING TO CONTRADICT IT. Adam is the only person there trying to run the company and take care of customers (almost 300 pools) by himself. Overall I feel they rip people off and hide behind great customer service.
