Bad Tow Truck and Horrible People. The police called this truck after a wreck however the tow truck caused more problems than the wreck. After the “owner” of the company towed car it arrived at the dealership with damage to the rear bumper while all of the damage related to the wreck was located in the front of the car. I called the company to explain that the car was damaged during the tow and spoke with the very rude receptionist who took the information to the owner and called back. The owner quickly denied causing any damage stating that he did not remember and that we were too late to report this. Even after it was explained that photos taken at the scene clearly showed that the rear of the car was not damaged the receptionist stated they would not pay for the damage. The “owner” did not even have the common courtesy to call back himself leaving it to his receptionist to deliver the message
