I was referred from a company who did not handle desktops to Mike at Bitwise to address my computer issues. Mike met me that Saturday afternoon at a public location to pick up my tower and discuss my concerns. I felt confortable giving him my tower at that point. He was prompt, effecient, reasonably priced and trustworthy. He fixed my issues and provided great follow up. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or insecure about connecting with him on a one on one. I highly recommend Mike with all your computer 'fixes'.
