Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quality work. I took my old schwinn mountain bike in and they took it apart completely checking each aspect of the bike and cleaning it. It was a very thorough process and tune up. Though price was $75, plus some random parts which came out to a little more. I recommend this bike shop if you want serious quality for the type of bike that deserves it. The owners call you, and double check before adding any parts, working with your budget. Overall, very satisfied, what a business should be--personal and reliability.

Great Bike Shop. Guess if this other customer that gave the one star rating was smart enough to read an ad. He would have figured out a Bike shop in Redding wouldn't really serve Northern Nevada. LMAO some peoples children, huh ?



My 20 year old GT i bought from Bikes Ect. way back in the day is still a great machine. And its quieter than most of the newer Mt.Bikes. Top notch service everytime !

I recently bought a bike from randy at bikes etc.. and was treated like family and being an amputee also, they were willing to accomodate my disability if any were necessary.thank you
