Bob has done a few smaller jobs for me, incl. service issued by home warranty and fixing the mistakes of a plumber contracted by Home Depot - all of them turned out great.



He also installed a laundry tub, which required moving around the washer and dryer and installed new pipes in the ceiling above my finished basement. It's beautiful.



Bob has a pleasant personality and takes his job seriously. He's the consummate professional.

Bob seemed like a nice enough guy on the telephone but he never actually came to my house to do the work. He rescheduled twice. He called about ten minutes before his arrival time and asked if he could come later in the day. I told him that I had other obligations in the afternoon but we could try to make it work. I called back and thought I would be able to speak directly to him but instead got his assistant/phone person. I explained the situation and said I didn't think it was going to work out because he would have even less time this evening to look at the leak then if he had showed up for his appointment. She then said abruptly, " well he can't come anyway because he has a doctors appointment he forgot about this morning." These people are NOT professionals. Steer clear.

I had Betts plumming to try repair a waterleak , they could not repair a water leak reset a toilet that was not leaking and left . Would not return calls .Stay away.
