Laminated kitchen floor had white spots homeowner could not remove. Bestway used wood floor sanding machine and heavy duty sanding disk but could not remove spots. Homeowner later used Murphy's Oil Soap and sucessfully removed white spots but finish was dull and "blotchy". Another floor specialist said laminated floors cannot be sanded without removing finish. Bestway did not charge any fee for unsuccessful attempt to remove spots but new laminate floor will cost about $1, 300.
