Bernard Management Corporation was founded in 1977 by William Bernard. We currently manage approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office, lab, medical and retail space in Delaware and Pennsylvania. We believe in providing personal, quality service to our management clients and tenants. Our phones are answered by people, not answering services or machines. It is our goal to provide for the needs of our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. Emergency services are available 24/7 with a property manager on call.
