Om 10/18/18, AAA sent Benton Towing locksmith to unlock my door. In the process, he damaged my driver's door. Brought this to the driver's attention before he left my yard. Called the shop and was told to bring my car in the next day, which I did. An employee told me he's never heard of this happening. Little Joe said to bring it back again and they'd have it fixed in 30 minutes. As I exited the door, Little Joe laughed at me. Went to the shop several times and was always told to return another day. To date, my car has not been repaired and Benton will not return my calls. Estimate to repair car is $100.00. I'm disappointed that AAA doesn't make them repair their damages. I would NEVER use this company for ANYTHING. They're extremely rude and obnoxious.

I was towed on 9/13/16. The tow guy was very nice and professional. I would use again and refer others
