Called and asked for a shuttle to pick-up my wife and I at the Treasure Island Hotel around 3:00 AM to 3:30 AM and we were told that a shuttle would be there at that time give or take 10 minutes. The driver showed up at about 3:15 Am. Very pleasant and professional service. By the way the driver was a woman that has worked for Bell-Trans for two years. This was Thanksgiving morning. She got us to the airport in plenty of time for us to catch our flight back to Bismarck ND. I would use Bell-Trans again and would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely has no idea what providing a service means! I waited almost 2 hours-4 different shuttles stopped at the hotel, but were only "dropping off"! One of them dropped off twice, but NO one was picking up!
