I've had their service.. My pools been green. They had charged some other customer for my service. They've broke my pool pump.. Then want me to repair it using their pool repair people. I've been overcharged.. Charged when no service was performed and they leave my child pool guard open (I have a toddler)!!! Crappy pool company.

This group is terrible. They left my baby gate around my pool open after an alleged cleaning. They do not thorough clean the pool, they do not keep chemicals correct--I have had to personally cure chemical defects by shocking the pool twice. I have had to call multiple times to get them to answer my concerns. Your calls go to voicemail boxes that are "full." Terrible service, and waste of money.

Love love love everyone at bay area pool services. They truly care about what they do. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for top of the line service. Everyone is always so friendly and not fake. It shows how well bay area pool services take care of their staff :) Tania K Valrico

I just had my pool redone and did not quite know how to care for it (and to be honest did not really even want to do it) when my of my new neighbors told me about Bay Area Pool Service. All I had to do was make one simple call, now they come out clean my pool and add chemicals if needed on a monthly basis. My pool is always sparkling clean and their slogan is right, They do all the work, While I have all the Fun!!

This is the best pool cleaning company in Florida. They have never missed a day and show up like clockwork. My pool guy is punctual and dresses nice and is always well mannered. I guess their motto is true. They do all the Work, We have all the Fun. We would only hire Bay Area Pool Service to clean our pools and so should you.

I have used several companies in the area to clean my pool and Bay Area Pool Service is by far the best one out there. They always come on time, are pleasant, and responsible. (this is the only company that I have had where the service guy actually remembers to close and lock my back gate) I know this my sounds silly, but every other company was unable to do this one simple thing, close and lock my gate. Bay Area Pool Service hires employees that actually think. I will continue to hire this company. My pool is always sparkling clean and my dog is safe in the back yard. Thank You Bay Area Pool Service.

This is the best pool cleaning service in Florida. I have used this company for several years and I have always been a satisfied pool customer.

Bay Area was quick to respond to our need for service. So far, everything is going great and we love the salt generating system.

We've had monthly service with Bay Area Pool Svc now for over a year. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Our neighbor is now using their services, too. Thank you Bay Area.

Bay Area Pool Service has taken care of my pool chemicals for several years. I recently contracted them to remodel my pool and they did an excellent job. They actually started the job a little earlier than they initially anticipated and completed it in the time frame promised. It doesn't matter who you speak to or what department, their customer service is always outstanding.

I think they have too much business because it is nearly impossible to get any response to questions or concerns about their level of service. Just as any other business does, they will lure you with promises of excellent service but, once the ink is dried, the service promised is not delivered. Complaints go into a black hole and, once contacted, nobody there is ever responsible for the situation and is always willing to "pass the buck" to another employee. I am not satisfied with the service and will be canceling as soon as I can find another.

The review by Guest91836 is incorrect. Bay Area Pool Service does not work on hottubs or Jacuzzi's. They also have not employed anyone named "Andy" in over 5 years. I think that Guest91836 has Bay Area Pool Service mixed up with Bay Area Spa's.

The customer is not #1 here, the employees are. This company charges top dollar but is not willing to offer top of the line service. The service they offer is "take it or leave it". The level of service is average; the price of service is above average.
